The mill has a removable, food grade (304) stainless steel mill plate, which allows them to be swapped out to customize the size of the processed material.

More Rigid

The new 3.5” Pro Mill Plates are now significantly thicker to process faster and resist bending.

Faster Fine Processing 

To reduce material sticking in the smaller holes, both the #1 Fine and #2 Extra Fine plates have CNC chamfered bottoms.

Locking Mechanism

The new Pro Mill Plates use a keyed notch to keep them in place under the most demanding conditions.

Plate lineup includes:
#1 Extra Fine (new with chamfered bottoms)
#2 Fine (new with chamfered bottoms)
#3 Medium (included in the mill)
#4 Coarse
#5 Extra Coarse
#6 Coarse XL (new larger holes)
